Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we deliver.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand (product launches, holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 10 to 12 business days depending on your location and local carrier performance. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
International Shipping — Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LUMEA SKIN CO is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable fees in your country.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at lumeaskin1@hotmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Please note that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lumeaskin1@hotmail.com with clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will assist you with a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
